  I’ve always loved this location until my recent attempt to return a smart watch. I purchased the watch as a gift. Understanding it’s purpose, I removed the price sticker from the box. I later was told the watch smart features never worked and I should try to get my money back. With my receipt, I did, but the manager on duty stated that I couldn’t get a store credit (past 30 days) because the TJ Maxx price sticker was removed, regardless if I had my receipt. Nonetheless, I’m stuck with a $70 watch that I nor the recipient can use! I will never buy jewelry at any TJ Max again. I rather spend more and know if something happens, I can receive a refund or a store credit!
